Alan Young has owned and managed student houses in Loughborough since the late 1990’s, when three of his sons attended Loughborough University. Alan’s background as a parent to students attending the University, rather than that of a private commercial landlord, means that he takes a more holistic approach to student experience and welfare.

Alan’s houses are DASH accredited, HMO Licensed, priced at a reasonable fully inclusive rate, and offer comfortable accommodation for Loughborough University students and post grads. The houses are located close to Loughborough University West Entrance, which is especially convenient for Engineering students or those looking for student accommodation close to Pilkington Library.
